Get physically away from the environment that tempts, go outside and repent to Him. Walk in prayer. Talk to a brother or sister. And if I feel controlled by it, I would know it is a sin. Because only sin bounds us to the point where we can’t escape it. And if it is a sin we must repent. Because we can not worship God and the devil (which is sin). And lastly know that God always forgives. Even if we fall, we fall on Him. Keep going and don’t fall into despair, and don’t believe the devil’s lies.
